StackTrack ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Cliff's Edge. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We built StackTrack to track your poker — not to track you. We never sell your data.

We use your information only to operate, secure, and improve StackTrack: to provide your account, store and display your sessions, process your subscription, and diagnose problems. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your account and session data are stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) on servers in the United States, protected by row-level security so that your data is only accessible to your own account. Data is encrypted in transit.
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated session data at any time, directly in the app: go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also request deletion by emailing cliffsedge.support@gmail.com from your account email address, and we will complete it within 30 days.
StackTrack involves real-money poker tracking and is not directed to children. The app is intended for users aged 17 and older.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and database-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
